2007 Policy FAQ

 

When will my order be ready?

Farm Depots can prepare most early season pickup orders within two weeks of receipt of payment. In-season orders (after April 1), in most cases, can be ready for pickup the next day. Timing will depend on product availability.

Does Farm Depots deliver orders?

Farm Depots will deliver orders placed before March 1, 2008 that total $25,000 or more. Farm Depots will work with a group of customers, with combined orders totaling $25,000 or more, and provide delivery to one location. For orders less than $25,000, delivery charges apply.

Does Farm Depots accept returns?

Farm Depots does not accept returns. However, if unforeseen weather issues prevent you from applying certain products, Farm Depots will allow exchange of sealed containers for alternative products on a dollar-for-dollar basis. Farm Depots will keep any remaining funds on account for future purchases.

What payment methods does Farm Depots accept?

Does Farm Depots provide mini-bulk tanks for bulk products?

Yes, Farm Depots will provide a tank for all bulk products purchased. The tanks will contain a 2" male quick coupler located at the bottom of the tank.

All customers are asked to return the tanks, rinsed and in proper working condition by August 1, 2007.

Does Farm Depots provide pumps and/or motors for mini-bulk tanks?

Farm Depots will rent pumps/motors and meters as needed. The customer is responsible for calibration of the meter or may request initial calibration for a small fee.

The customer is responsible for the care and maintenance of the tanks and equipment once in possession. All in-season maintenance and troubleshooting issues are the responsibility of the customer.

Whom do I call if I have a performance concern?

Please call Farm Depots. In the event that your concern requires an on-farm field investigation, Farm Depots will contact the appropriate chemical manufacturer representative to log your concern. Farm Depots will schedule an appointment for any needed in-field investigation. Farm Depots charges an hourly fee for the actual in-field investigation, billed on a quarterly hour basis.
